It is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. CrossFit aims to build a fitness program that would best prepare trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown but for the unknowable!

Absolutely! Your needs and the Olympic athlete’s needs differ by degree not kind. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience!

CrossFit is a comprehensive exercise pathway that will empower you with invaluable tools and wisdom to bring ultimate fitness into your life! CrossFit will “leave no stone unturned”! CrossFit Fundamentals:

Every new member at CrossFit ESV is required to go through our Fundamental sessions. These sessions are a series of 3 private personal training classes designed to introduce you to CrossFitʼs foundational movements and to facilitate basic skill development. The goal of Fundamentals is to successfully transition you into our general CrossFit classes!
